Which Pisotab build should I choose?

Standalone (Allan timer) is simplest. Centralized ESP adds smart charging. Hybrid keeps Allan for time and adds ESP for charging. See the Pisotab page for each option.

How do I install without a PC?

Use the Device Owner QR install flow after downloading the APK from Download.

Are licenses transferable?

Yes. Each tablet license is transferable. See License for pricing.
